Biography
Matt Greenbaum is a professional actor, director and teaching artist that hails from the sunny state of Florida. He performed in over 20 different productions as a member of the resident company at The Barter Theatre in Virginia. Favorite roles at The Barter:  Edgar in King Lear, Coty Webb in Tradin' Paint, and B-Flat in Second Samuel. Other regional credits include: Kentucky Shakespeare Festival (KY), Blowing Rock Stage Company (NC), Summer Circle Theatre (MI), and Gaslight Dinner Theatre (TN). While living in New York City, Matt collaborated as an actor, playwright and director with Counting Squares Theatre.  CST was awarded Theater People of the Year by nytheatre.com. Matt is very passionate about mentoring students and developing curriculum that provokes bravery for the pursuit of truth in storytelling. Matt holds a BFA in Theater Performance from the University of Central Florida and an MFA in Acting from Michigan State University.  He is a proud member of Actors' Equity Association since 2007.
